1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ProofFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ProofFlow is a SaaS platform that provides project proofing, time tracking, invoicing, and resource management tools for creative agencies and freelancers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
ProofFlow offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (PayTR/Iyzico). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProofFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProofFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
